Rock Crusher Canyon RV Resort

Spending the Thanksgiving holiday with hubby, youngest daughter, sister, and her husband at this resort. Clean, wooded campsites with sewer, electric, cable, water, and free wifi. My sister is in heaven. They allow pets unless it is what they consider an "aggressive" breed such as Doberman, Rottweiler, or pit bulls. The resort is an hour and half north of downtown Tampa.

They have a comfortably warm pool and hot, bubbly Jacuzzi. Sydney enjoyed the warmth but did say it was chilly getting out of the pool. There's a laundry mat and an empty recreation room. There are really no hiking trails but walking and biking can be done on the campground roads. There's a couple of steep hills. Us old folks had to get off the bikes and walk them up the hill back to the campsites.

Overall, it is a very clean resort and would be a great location for snowbirds who want an extended stay.
